1. Cancellation and Return Policy
Kamal Vasthralaya allows a return only if the product is damaged or defective and the return to be raised within 2 days of receiving the product by contacting our support team at +91 9025729695 or Mail kamalvasthralaya@gmail.com. Customer should return such product(s), within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving it, subject to the condition that, such product(s) is/are returned in a saleable condition with the price and info tags intact, the original folds and packaging retained, in an undamaged/unused condition.
Refund
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If however, you do not find a suitable product to exchange against your proposed return, you may opt to park the funds with us for a future purchase,

2. Sale and Purchase of Goods
Kamal Vasthralaya- an Online Store (“Seller”) hereby agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) hereby agree to purchase goods of the description and quantity described over WhatsApp Message or E-Mail based on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3. Purchase Price
Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website attached hereto.
4. Payment Terms
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment due date stated. Goods will be delivered after receiving the payment from the Buyer only. In addition, Seller shall have the right to pursue any remedies available at law or as provided herein and shall be entitled to reimbursement from Buyer for Seller’s costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees and costs and disbursements, if any.
5. Delivery
Delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Goods shall be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Great care and effort has been taken to present the Sarees in our website to match their Original colour and grandeur. However, the colours of products you see on computer screen will vary slightly from those of the actual product. This is because of the difference in underlying technologies of computer monitors; monitors that are not properly calibrated also add to the difference in colours. Since our pictures are of Very High Quality it may take some time to download. Please be patient and allow the pictures to get completely downloaded before you can view or order it. We always try to minimize colour variations between the actual product and that displayed on the screen.
