1. Processing Time
Order Confirmation: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received.
Custom/Pre-Order Sarees: If your order includes custom-made, hand-painted, or pre-order sarees, the processing time will be explicitly mentioned on the product page (e.g., 5-15 days) and will be communicated to you via email.

3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping:

4. Order Tracking

5. International Duties & Taxes
Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Brokerage Fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the courier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.
Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express (via our secure payment gateway).
Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
Digital Wallets/UPI: Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other UPI methods.
International Payments: PayPal or International Credit Cards.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Availability: COD is available for select pin codes within India for orders up to a maximum value of ₹10,000.
COD Fee: A non-refundable handling fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.
Note: In case of a COD return, only the product price will be refunded; the COD fee is non-refundable.
3. Payment Security
All online transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption (SSL) and processed through a trusted third-party payment gateway ([e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Stripe]).
We do not store your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers) on our servers.
4. Currency
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹). For international customers, your bank or card issuer will determine the exchange rate and any transaction fees.
